Tretinoin Cream USP 0.05% is a topical prescription medication primarily used to treat acne vulgaris. It is also used to improve the appearance of skin affected by sun damage, including reducing fine wrinkles, fading dark spots (hyperpigmentation), and smoothing rough skin texture. 

0.1% Tretiheal Tretinoin Cream USP is used to treat acne by clearing skin pores and preventing pimples, and it also helps to smooth rough, sun-damaged skin and reduce fine wrinkles. It contains tretinoin, a form of vitamin A, which works by keeping skin pores clear and can also help with skin cell turnover to reveal newer, healthier skin. 

15g Skinlite cream uses are primarily for treating moderate to severe melasma, which involves dark, patchy skin discoloration on the face. It contains hydroquinone to lighten dark spots, tretinoin to increase skin cell turnover and improve texture, and mometasone furoate to reduce inflammation, redness, and itching. The cream should be used with sun protection measures, like sunscreen, as instructed by a doctor.
